Housing / Residence: insurance with guaranteed rental risks
Upon return, donors will agree to a new guarantee rental risks that render them more secure against delinquency risks and damage of their property.

What changes?
Until now, the GRL covered you only against the risk of unpaid certain categories of tenants. Since the establishment of the new device and subject to the order of application, all tenants will be eligible if:
- Resources represent less than 50% of the payment of rent (including utilities),
- The amount of rent does not exceed 2000 € per month.
This LRG, called “universal” may be purchased by the lessor at the Generali insurance.
What risks covers LRG universal?
- New LRG cover rent, expenses not paid and litigation costs in a ceiling normally set at 70 000 € per unit.
- Detrimental will also be supported to the tune of € 7 700 per claim.

If unpaid What to do?
As with all insurance (home insurance, car insurance, …) if the procedures of your insurance contract fail (in particular, sending reminder letters by registered mail to the tenant), you can simply report your claim with your contact Generali usual for compensation.
